2. ONE-OF-ONE PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All Sinja Hamilton garments are individually hand-drawn, painted, sewn, and sold as unique, one-of-one pieces. Because each item is a distinct work of craftsmanship, it is available only once. Once a garment has been purchased, it is no longer available to another customer and will not be exactly replicated.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our garments or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and we may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any garment design or item at any time.
